Hi Rick. No, I never open my eyes, because in my heart, I don't want to come back. Eventually, it stops, then I'm left feeling like I wish it never ended. When it happens, I feel no pain and sadness, and its comforting. When its going on, it's like I know if I open my eyes, that it will stop immediately. I try to keep my eyes closed and my mind focused on whats happening to me so that maybe, or somehow, I can make it last longer and longer.
