Hi daizy4, thanks so much for your comments. This is all new to me so any help/info is really appreciated. But after reading your comments:
And you will not stir up something that you do not know how to deal with. Your Soul/Spirit would not have allowed the "stirring" if you were not ready for it. Your own inner Wisdom will know how to deal with it.

I'm now wondering if some of it wasn't "physical detox." Some of the things I experienced was increased muscle tension in my ribs and jaws and more inner shaking.(manageable)But the worst was the rambling thoughts that were in my head. Negative, almost hateful thoughts, almost rage. this was literally driving me crazy and just made all my physical symptoms worst. (fibromyalgia like pains) I just wanted it all to stop. I resorted to praying for relief. I just didn't know what to do. I"ve done no Reiki for a couple of days now and they did stop. I've had problems with "rambling thoughts" before but these just seemed so intense, too intense.

When I mentioned it possible being physical detox---For many yrs I took anti-dperessants until I felt they were making me crazy so I stopped. Over the past few yrs since then I haven't been able to handle any kind of detox treatments ( or supplements)without serious reactions. I have to be very careful with what I do in trying to get well. this brings about a question. I read Reike can cause the body to detox physically. But during a treatment, does Reiki know how much your body can safely handle? with physical detox I mean? I have a real fear about this. And I've had a couple of dreams indicating "caution" lately. I don't analyze my dreams, I have a friend who is somewhat knowledgeable. I realize analyzing dreams isn't a definite anything though.

I need something in my life I can rely on yet I have fear. Do you have any suggestions?
