Zule, Reiki is nothing more nor less than the energy that pervades all. Anything you wish to add is entirely up to you.

Reiki works because every single "thing" is connected.

Simple.

Break down the illusion of seperation. Read Quantum Mechanics, zen, taoism and, most importantly, sit and be still....the truth is out there;-)
