Of course you can:-) And nonduality doesn't mean you become part of a homogeneous blob without any sense of identity. Exactly the opposite from my experience. You just feel deeply connected to everything in your environment. Think of it as instead of viewing life as me and everything out there, you view it as myself-environment synergisticly. The experience of nonduality makes you a stronger more balanced and centred person who deeply empathises with those around you. You're still you just more so!
