Where does the food that you eat come out at? The anus....

I still think you all would benefit from a diet change and doing the cleanses here on Curezone.

Stop drinking all prepared drinks. Drink water....half your body weight in ounces every day.

Get a juicer and start juicing green vegetables.

Stop eating all processed foods.

Stop eating all fast foods and other garbage foods.
