hey i posted as please help me earlier at this forum topic, many people have suggested cleanses such as Liver, kidney bowel and intestine, look in the cleanse forum for more info, i myself haven't yet tried this but it is recomended, i feel for u, because i am a 19 yearold male, and only suffered from this problem for 8 months, and i cant imagine struggling with it for 10 years, i too have a pain on my right side, amongst other symptoms like insomnia, mucus, depression, IBS and so on, and i also am one of the cleanest people i know, the best advice i can give u is see your doctor or gastro intestinal specialist, change your diet to healthy food only, shower frequently after bowel movements, and try the cleanse's, there are recipes for them on this site. I also suffer from anxiety and believe this contributes to the problem, u may want to get a diagnosis from a Dr. or shrink, i imagine you are quite depressed from suffering for so long, either way it helps to talk to someone about it even though it is embarassing, i am also single cuz i lost my girl over this smell and jobless cuz i am scared to work, and losing more friends by the day, its hard for me to go out to clubs and stuff, so i just get as drunk as possible as fast as possible then i dont really care if i stink, lol, but hey life goes on, im not gunna let it ruin my life even though it already has, in the meantime try to stay positive, take care and good luck..
