Hello hopefull me. I have the same problem you have. I also give off a sewer smell. Also at times, I spell like urine, garbage, even feet. It's like you can smell my intestines through me. On me the smell comes through my abdomen region because the smell will be very strong in the area of my shirt. That's why I strongly believe for some unknown reason I'm smelling my intestines through me. I also have underarm odor and bad breath. I've tried laxatives, detoxification kits at health food stores, charcoal tablets, aloe vera juice, 5 day water fast, 5 day nothing fast, etc. you've named it. Back in January 2002 I stumbled upon a support group for people who have bad smells. Some of these people have tested positive for a metabolic disorder called trimethylaminuria or TMAU for short. Please go to MSN and join the Renewal Group for Trimethyamiuria they have great advice for diet, dealing with hostile employees everything. It's been great. Basically sufferers can't process choline. When they get too much of it they give off a horrible smell. In the newsletter for this group I've read of people suffering from this trying colonics and even having their arm pit glands removed. None of these things worked for them. As of now it has no cure. But people like me are trying to get the word out about it so doctors can be aware of it and research can be done to help us. You can be tested for TMAU by a geneticist.
