First I would have an allopathic or alternative test for H Pylori. Then you can use several methods to eliminate this and then heal the ulcers.

Herbal methods and electro medicine should take care of the infestation and juicing with cabbage and other veggies high in glutamine will repair the stomach. This aspect doesn't take long. Should only take a couple of weeks. The killing phase can take much longer. DGL form of licorice is also beneficial as well as healing teas such as flax seed, ginger, etc.

Herbs for killing H Pylori, you can try oregano oil, olive leaf extract, etc. There are holistic blends now to deal with H Pylori and some utilize mastic gums(such as guar gum). You may want to back this up with homeopathy so your body can focus on this task effectively.

A great book to get would be, No More Heartburn by Sherry Rogers MD.

For electro medicine, the Beck Protocol would likely be your best bet. Magnetic pulsing and fresh ozonated water would go to town on the infection.
