To fellow sufferers, My daughter and I both suffered migraines until we found by writing down everything we ate and drank we were able to find the culprit that was the cause of our headaches. The food additive 211. This is found in most cooldrinks particularly citrus flavoured ones and is in many fruit juices. We now have very few migraines but msg will trigger prolems also. Hope this helps someone. Appreciate hearing from others who found this additive a problem. Nan from Australia.
