According to the book: salt/water (NON-iodized) in the AM, and tea at night. If for some reason the salt water flush cannot be done - then tea AM AND PM.

Think of the salt water flush (SWF) as chicken broth.... pretty much how it tasted for me. But i like salty things...so no problem for me.
