This is my restart of the cleanse. I was able to do six days last week, but due to a heavy period had to eat something. Mostly it was fruit and veggies, but I cheated and had some sugary treats last night while making my daughter's cupcakes. Please, please give me some encouragement. I want to make it the full 10 days!! Thanks so much!
