There is no way to predict.
You don't know how much toxins are in your system.
The Master-Cleanse gives an estimate of 2 pounds a day.
That was not my average.
People can get different averages each time they do the MC.
I have noticed that men usually lose faster than women, but you have to follow the MC, not customize too much.
