I also notice that after I drink all that salt water at night, my face and fingers are extremly puffy in the morning! I caught a glimps of myself in the mirror at a shopping mall, and I couldn't believe how puffy and funny I looked. I am considering using alternate means for.. uhh humm..evacuation. Do you HAVE to be totally "vacant" before starting the fast? I'm sort of weeming myself into the fast by eating a birds portion of dinner(no breakfast or lunch) and drinking the lemonade mixture throughout the day. Is that wise?
