Wish him luck for me! I tried it the other way (did I say this already?) - mixing the oils together and drinking them separately then going for the GUSTO with the garlic and lemon. WHOOOOOO LORDY! I thought I was going to hurl halfway through it, but somehow (miracle of miracles) I made it. I spent an hour on the floor stretching and lifting my legs over my head, doing sit ups and bringing my knees (one at a time) up to my chest in order to 1) make me forget about the gurgling in my belly and 2) massage the stuff in me. (grin)

It was absolutely amazing! I am MUCH cleaner than I was 2 weeks ago, as it took about 3 hours and I had to handle some business. I was up until about 5 - dozing and pooping. The smell, however, was horrific. It smelled just like oil, lemon and garlic. Rancid oil, lemon and garlic. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I lit candles in my bathroom to help.

But this morning lo and behold the little gems appeared. I always thought that you had to pass these kinds of stones through your urinal tract, so it always amazes me that they show up in my stool. Who's complaining, right? As long as they appear.

My friend thinks I should do one every Friday, however, I don't believe I have enough hair on my chest for that. He also suggests that we add mineral oil to the potion to make it even more potent. I think if it were more potent my brains would be coming outta my ass! *laugh*

Wish your beau luck and do let me know what happens! I am definitely going to Liver Flush the Hulda Clark way (isn't that her name?) when I'm finished with my fast. (July 14 marks 30 days) I'm also having a colonic on the 14th. (Happy Birthday to me!) What a wonderful gift to myself!
