To clear the confusion up, it is 4 cups or 1 quart warm water with 2 tsp of uniodized Sea Salt .
Pack all of your stuff into the bathroom because you will need to stay put. Normally mine lasted about 2 hours or so. So grab your cordless phone, a book to read or whatever and just sit there on the toilet. I learned the lesson almost the hard way after the first time. lol
