May I ask how long it took for the supplementation to start having a noticeable effect? What was your diopter ratings before?

I started supplementing 4 months ago, with the following:

Vitamin A 25-35k IU
Vitamin D 1000IU
Vitamin E 400IU
Calcium 1000MG
Magnesium 500MG
Zinc 30MG
Selenium 100mcg
Eyebright Herb 940MG
Bilberry 80mg
Lutein 20mg (started 6 weeks ago)

You would think I would notice an effect with this intensive supplementation, but alas, I have noticed little to nothing. I even do short palming exercises once a day. My contact diopter strength is -3.50 (right eye), -4.00 (Left Eye), and at this point I'm getting the feeling that there's little hope of me improving to a point in which I would no longer require glasses or contacts. I have seriously considered Lasik, but decided to wait for a newer & safer technology.
