My optometrist has told me I'm starting to go short sighted and I've been wearing glasses for about 2 years now to correct a slight stigmatism.

My optometrist told me I'm too old to use exercises to improve my vision. Even though I have only just started to go short sighted and my optometrist says I don't need corrective lenses for it yet. I am 39 years old.

I did some research on the internet and found the following books and programs:

http://www.rebuildyourvision.com/

Before I spend any money, please someone tell me whether I can completely cure my shortsightedness and stigmatism naturally and which technique/book is most recommended.

I also almost totally blind in my left eye. Would that make any difference? There is no cure for this problem because I had a cataract at birth and so nerves that connect my brain to that eye never developed properly.
