but depending on your particular vision problem(s) there are different techniques to try...and you have to keep at it.

Start with Pinhole glasses, and soem eyedoctors will do a series of transitional lenses as well.

THE BEST book I've come across is Janet Goodrich's, "Natural Vision Improvement".
