That's quite some progress! May I ask how long that took? Was it mainly from supplementing or are you on a daily eye exercise routine as well?

My eyes right now are -4 (left eye) & -3.5 (Right)... I'm not quite sure what the 20/xxx equivalent would be, but I'd definitely like to get it as close to 20/20 as possible with all natural means! I will start off with supplementing, and find a good set of eye excercises. The Bates method sounds good, but is a little outdated, and I'm sure I can find more updated techniques. I'll keep you guys updated with my progress, and in the meantime, I would definitely be interested in hearing everyone else's experiences!
