Hi Owen,

I'm a new-comer to the forum and particularly interested in vision improvement. I enjoy reading your posts and have a few questions that I would like your input on if its not too much to ask.

Im am 28 years old and recently(1 year ago) started wearing glasses(-0.75 myopia in each eye). I know thats nothing compared to the many people on this forum, but I feel its getting worse and I'm depending on my glasses more and more. I lead a pretty healthy lifestyle.

I want to eventually get rid of my glasses and have just started reading the Bate's Method but have not started any of the exercises yet(hopefully this week). What else would you advise and how long should I expect for my vision to improve?
