Don't use the trash that is on the market unless its pure water. Dry eyes are a symptom of a dry body. More water all around, make sure its pure (that is a Science in itself)I have good fortune with putting pure water on a unipole magnet, bottle sitting on the north.) A quart for about 45 min, or for a quick splash, 2oz for 5min should be fine. Magnetized water in the eyes is great and will also help in opening up the blocked pours of your eyes. This will give some instant relief while you gear up the water drinking and as the pours open up, will allow the natural flow of eye fluid again. If your big on soda, coffee, beer, wine, cut it a bit and substiture with water. As for the water itself, the best is a Water Ionizer system but just make sure you take the flouride and especially the cholorine out because they both dry up a body.
