Hello.
I have experienced some headache that I think might be connected with the poor use of lenses in the past days, so I am wearing them again during the day, even if not that much.
I guess that as every addiction, it takes its time to leave, I cannot go cold turkey with it.
I will wait for the book to come and then start exercise.
I feel somewhat impatient!

Many thanks for your kind and prompt answers. I do not know if I will order glasses from a website because I live in EU and shipping might be expensive.I'm gonna check.

I have a lot of astygmatism (is spelling ok?), too. What about it? should the new prescription ignore that?
