hello everyone.
I am very much shortsighted ( about -9 on both eyes). I use contact lenses since ten years ago, but I feel I just cannot hold on this way no more. I am breastfeeding, and my sight got even worse. I am considering going under laser surgery because I am a tailor and need to have a good sight to work good . I cannot live a normal life without glasses, so unfortunately I cannot try Bates method that would mean stop wearing glasses and working etc. ( I cannot afford to give myself a long period without working).
I need some advice because I can feel mu eyes getting worse day after day.
