Never go to Lenscrafters. They've been known to be sloppy in matching prescriptions.  Also, use glasses with larger lenses, this will greatly reduce eyestrain, unlike 'fashion frames'.

Firstly,  BEET JUICE.

Secondly, pinhole glasses.
