you've gotten some great responses already, so i just have a few things to add. The Bates Method is really about mental control and relaxation, not physical exercises. they are a means to an end. and re glasses, consider reduced prescription lenses. I am using them now with good results. tell your eye doc you need reduced prescriptions for computer and close work. you should be able to get them.
