My eyesight is really bad. I'm a -7.00 in both eyes. I can't even see my computer screen sitting 5 inches in front of it without glasses. For the past 2 years or so, ever6 months when I get my eyes checked, they've gotten worse. I'm afraid I'm going to be blind.

I checked out the bates method site. It says the only way to improve eyesight is by not wearing glasses? That is beyond impossible for me. Like I said, I can't see 5 inches in front of me. I need to work, I need to drive..etc!

So is it at all possible to improve vision while still wearing glasses when needed?

Also how long does it take? I'm guessing years?

Any other ways of helping vision, like supplements? I'd like to at least stop my vision from getting worse and worse.
