Hello,
I am a 14 year old girl and I have a major problem!! I don't understand it but I have had these really bad under eye circles ever since about 3rd grade and every year they seem like they are getting worse and worse. I don't know why I have these. My family memebers don't have it, its just me. My mom who has a slight very unnocitable under eye circles but hers might be from not getting enough sleep because she works very long and hard hours a day.
The thing is that I know I get enough sleep. Some websites and people say that it could be because you don't drink enough water. But if this was true then why doesn't any of my friends have them? I have known them for a very long time and they drink less water then me. I know that I drink enough liquids, it might not be water but i still do drink a lot of liquids.
I wanted to know if maybe it could be exercise because i know that I don't get enough exercise. Don't get me wrong i'm not fat or anything, I'm pretty normal. (5'3 and weigh about 120). I really want to know why I have these under eye circles that never seem to go away. They are still noticable after putting on so much concelear. I want to know of a way to get rid of them naturally without surgery. I really would appreciate it you answered back to me. My doctor said it might be because of mild allergies. But allergies to what? All i know is that i have allergies to asprin but so does everyone else in my family. Heres another thing, ever since i was small my eyes sometimes itched really badly. I wear glasses if you wanted to know and I don't really wear them that much. Would wearing my glasses more often reduce the dark circles under my eyes?
I am hoping that someone will write back to me becuase i really want to know what's going on.
