When you're laying wherever, think about your liver in good terms; try placing your consciousness on it or in it. Love it. Tell it out loud that you love it. Think about it being healthy and strong, massage it in your mind. Ask it if it wants to tell you anything. Listen quietly. The thoughts you receive may well come from it. Ever cell in our body is conscious, but with our compartmentalized minds, we believe only "we" think. Listen to your body.
