Dear Joe,

I did use the ES in the morning. Both times, exactly according to the formula (so 4 times in all). I discharged quite a few stones, and they were all quite mushy.

Regarding reducing fats overall, that one will be tough. When I was about 30 lbs heavier (which is a lot considering I'm 5'5"), I tried a low fat diet and got nowhere with it. After that, I switched to a low-carb diet (which is hard to do without introducing a moderate amount of fat), and that worked beautifully to lose the weight. Too beautifully in fact, because I lost weight so fast that it undoubtedly sped up my gallbladder problem (which I think was impending anyway). Maintaining my weight has been pretty easy with a fairly mixed diet, but I fear going back to a low-fat diet, because it is hard not to overeat for me on a low-fat diet because I'm always hungry. I also find all those processed low-fat foods to be extremely high in sugar, which has a host of its own problems. So, I think I'll continue flushing out my liver and gallbladder with my fingers crossed and eat a relatively equal mix of protein, carbs, and fat. With any luck, that, mixed with a good amount of exercise and the bi-annual Liver Flush should do the trick.
