Yes it would be bad if an attack happened during your trip. When I am being really careful, I avoid fried foods, red meat, all fast food and dairy.....I still do not eat Sugar and white flour products. If my gall bladder gets touchy and I cannot do a flush right away, I eat things that won't aggravate it at all.

I will always remember what set me off the night I had the full blown attack. It was cottage cheese, a LOT of it !! I have not had any more and do not think I will ! *LOL* I also had yogurt that night, but I think it was the cottage cheese that did it.

I have a calendar that I keep track of things on. That is a good tip about using a tape recorder, thanks!

When is your trip and how long will you be gone ?
