It's good to hear from you again. Yes, I'll be packing some Epsom Salts to Texas, (might be easier to explain than a bottle of pee colored liquid :-) I'm glad you told me about the ES, and I hope the apple juice and cider helps someone here.

Another thing I learned that might be helpful. I try to record what I've been experiencing on a tape recorder. It helps knowing the details of things I can't remember (what I ate, drank, when it started, how I feel, etc.) when I'm hurting.

I'm with you, I sure don't want to go through another gall bladder problem. I just hope I'll be OK waiting until I return from my trip to do another flush. I'd hate to spoil that trip.
