Old Pilot,

I read your post about the apple juice and cider. What a good one !! I will remember that for future reference. I do not have apple juice here but I always have apple cider vinegar, which would probably work just as well.

I do carry a couple of tablespoons of Epsom Salts with me. It has worked for me so it's a "for sure thing". I simply never ever want to have another gall bladder attack. Once was more than enough. It is convenient to carry a small container of the Epsom Salts too. I am starting to sound like an ad for Epsom Salts !!
