Just curious if anyone here has a medical background. I am a nurse for over 23 years and have been talking about these flushes and the such to friends at work. Everyone thinks it is nonsense, bordering on dangerous. Of course these are the people chomping down crap at lunch while I do my supposed "health food" and drink my liver cleanse teas and water.
