Hi, I was thinking of trying the half a lemon/tablespoon olive oil "flush" for a five days to sort of see what it's like. Anyone done this? Does this cause an excessive amount of bathroom trips?
Moreover, I've never done a flush before. Is there a protocol for taking a little bit of Epsom Salt each day, just to see how my body reacts to the stuff and to "warm up" the ducts before a full flush?
