It is simply untrue that all flesh proteins are high in cholesterol. For accurate information on cholesterol, check out the USDA's informative, searchable database detailing the nutrient content of many foods:

The American Heart Association recommends a daily cholesterol intake of less than 300 mg. Following this guideline, it is still possible to include flesh proteins daily. Just read your labels!
