I do the Andreas Moritz flush.
I had been going to the chiropractor so he could break up a subluxation in my spine. A subluxation is when one bone in the spine goes out of alignment. It can cause the surrounding muscles to cramp, interfere with nerve signal transmission etc.
I flush # 1 and was so supple! I knew that I did not need the services of the chiropractor any more.

I am not giving advice here. I have no qualifications. I am just sharing what happened to me.
