Hello Everyone,
I just did my 11th flush and I didn't pass any stones, but I'm feeling so much better than when I first started doing these flushes.(since the gallbladder attack)
I'm so happy with the improvement of my health . I have went from being so afraid of flushing and staying awake for most of the night, to sleeping like a rock all night with no problems.
I still get some bloating when I eat once in a while, but my side aches are pretty much gone, every so often I still get a little one. It's great to be in control of my own gallbladder and my well being.
I am going to start with the paragone now, it's kind of scary starting this now. I don't know what to expect. If anyone has any suggestions for what to do, or what to expect during this program, please feel free to enlighten me with all of your knowledge.
