good for you! :-D and no i'm not fasting. i did an 8 day master cleanse in may but need the food and energy to work right now.
i've also slowed down on the Bowel Cleanses and focusing mainly on the liver flushes.
altho i will be eating apples for the next 24 hrs or so and very little or no fat. i think i might flush on saturday night instead of my usual friday. new moon? awesome! that should be interesting to compare results from the full moon!
