Suga, if the stones are made in the digestive track (which implies intestines) then please tell me what a gallbladder attack is all about? Have you ever had one? I have had several over the years. And I can tell you that pain is quite severe and it happened recently to me when I was eating what I had been eating on my Anti-Candida diet for a year and half. This diet is hi-protein and sometimes hi-fat and low carb. The diet had not bothered me before but suddenly it did and I hadn't eaten any olive oil that night.
I have found info on this site which states that part of what can cause gallbladder pain is dehydration. So it makes since that my gallbladder attacks have come when the summer heat begins here in the south. When I finally did the flush, the gallbladder attacks stopped. Although, I realize they will come back unless I continue with more flushes.
I am concerned as you are, about my yeast problems coming back but not because of the flushes, i.e. olive oil and lemon juice. It's because of the need to eat apple juice to soften stones and low fat foods which are usually hi carb - which is what feeds the yeast. But I am confident that if I can battle the yeast with caprylic acid and continue the flushes, my yeast problems will come to an end.
Why argue with the people here anyway? It's obvious they believe in this from the heart and are very passionate about it. Are you really thinking you will save someone from something that you think is going to hurt others? Are you a doctor, maybe - trying to debunk this site? Do you really think you can convince someone here? These people are very determined and I am with them because it has worked for me, too. If it didn't work, I would agree with you but I wouldn't post it! I would just leave the forum!
