Yes, effect of Epsom Salts depend a lot on indication method, dosage, and your own body reaction to it.

During my flush last night I reduced the dose of Epsom Salts to one coffee spoon per glass and skipped my last epsom drink in the morning. During my 10 previous flushes I fugured out exactly how much epsom is enough for me.

I would recommend everybody who flushes to listen to your body and adjust the recipe according to your personal peculiarities.

I have been reading some studyes on Epsom Salts and pregnancy. The amount of salts that I used is not harmful for the baby.
