Hi Vera,
I didn't have pain, and I haven't read or heard about many people having pain. My worst part was during the night, after I took the oil, I got nauseated, and I was nauseated until in the morning. But I laid there and just tried to focus on what I was doing: cleaning my liver and was excited about that. I am doing a flush on Friday night, so I am eager to see what happens with this one!
Go for it, girl, you can do it!
