Good observation. I would think so. It has been medically proven that people become dependent on Epson salt as a laxative. The box clearly states not to eat it. I wouldn't think this cleanse isn't any different and the same habits would form. I don't think I would overdo the flushes untill you have checked out everything from head to toe. I heard one lady on here complain that after a huge amount of flushes her stool turned black and smelly. I was suspecting that maybe she injured her lining of her stomach and it was bleeding. I didn't post back to her because I didn't want to be the one to give her such TRAGIC news; if that was the case. I imagine by now she has followed up by a physcian and found out what happened. Moderation seems to be the real rule here, if it even works at all. By the way, I have tried the cleanse several times and am currently doing laboratory and clinical studies.
