I forgot to tell you that these "cleanses" can damage the GOOD bacteria in the stomach. If you do too many of them you will KILL your immune system. Basically, everytime you do it you are killing off all the bacteria in your intestinal system. This can give you CANDIDA and then even worse auto immune problems... See the Candida Forum if you dont believe me.
