Hi Lapis,

I've been on the bio-k for maybe two weeks, at first the capsules, and now the yogurt style. I am wondering though if it is causing me a reaction, because I am allergic to dairy, and have had more mucus lately....or it could be a cold, or cleansing reaction! I never know with me!

I do have a problem with yeast- just eating some carbs or starchy vegetables and I start burning down there....it's very frustrating. What is the name of the product you recommend?
