Do you think a session with a heat pad in the morning might help?

If you don't have time to lie around with a heat pad, there's a product on the market that you wear. It attaches around you for back pain, or around front for other pain, like menstrual cramps, so it might work for GB.

Just a thought. I don't use them myself, just going on various recommendations for heat that I've seen posted...
