Hi Dean,

Thanks for trying to help! If you've read my latest post on the bowel forum, you probably know how desperate I am! I know that carbs are just feeding the candida and parasites, but I can't eat protein except avocado, and the only way to keep my intestines somewhat stable is to eat mostly soluble fiber foods- millet, rice cakes, carrots, etc. It's such a vicious cycle!

I tried msm tablets in the past, but never for long enough to find out. And the powder is so expensive! I'm just soooo sick of taking supplements. I was just hoping to get through a bowel cleanse, but even that is too dificult at this point....can you recommend msm that's not going to break the bank???
