Hi Terry,

Have you tried MSM? I've found it really helps to inprove bowel movement. Also, what's you diet like? I have candida and eating any amount of carbohydrate makes is really difficult for me to have a satisfying movement. Lots and lots of green leafy veg and liquids seems to be key.
