Do a google search for low carb forums. The first one that comes up is what I use. It is awesome, loads of support and speedy replies. I'd post the URL, but they take it off every time I do. This site is good for fasting, not for Atkins. You usually get beaten over the head with self-riteous vegans. Trust me...try a search and the very first one is the one you should use.

BTW I did a juice fast for 22 days and lost 16 lb. I went back to Atkins after I broke my fast, and not only did the weight stay off I continued to lose weight so...just my two cents.
