HI,
I'm a newbie and just wanted to say hi and ask if anyone has ever done a Water Fast as an Atkin's pioneer?

I have started a Water Fast on Tuesday (Valentine's day) and was wondering how an Atkin's dieter eats after they are done fasting?

I would so appreciate any opinions on this.
