i want to get some of that stevia stuff for our coffee.
i have coffee occasionally and now use splenda. the bad part about that is that after i have had a couple cups my left arm starts hurting really bad. like insanely bad. i think i have carpal tunnel in it from a ganglion. but anyway...stevia is making its way into the cubby next sweetener purchase.......
how much do you use?
like what is the equivialant to one pack of sweetener?
